We are proud to introduce Arnaout Contracting Establishment (ARCON)as General Contractors covering a wide scope of works in the Building Industry.
Arnaout Contracting Establishment is a 100% Saudi-Owned business (sole proprietorship).

ARCON was established in 1992 under the management and guidance of its General Manager, Mr. Ramzi B. Shami,
and a Civil Engineer, who has been active in the construction industry in Saudi Arabia since 1969. Mr. Shami's vast experience in the Contracting Field and Construction Management, especially in Steel and Concrete Structures, has given ARCON Kingdom-wide exposure as a reliable contractor for various types of turn-key projects in the Residential, Commercial and Industrial fields.
In order to have the fullest control on quality, schedule and cost, ARCON is continuously aiming at increasing its self-reliance and decreasing the need for the services of subcontractors. This is being achieved through employing Engineers and skilled men of different specialties covering most of the major trades of the building industry and furnishing them with all the necessary tools and equipment for their specialty. For example, the establishment of our Electro-Mechanical Department has given us the capability to execute in-house and all electro-mechanical works from simple Residential to a Complex Commercial and Industrial Projects, including low and high voltage distribution in Factories, Power and Pump Stations, Fire Fighting and Detection Systems, Building Management Systems, and many more.
In addition, the IT Department makes sure that the management and finance value engineer, planning, procurement and quality control are all directed towards giving our clients the added value that they seek from their contractor.
For all these reasons mentioned above, together with ARCON's aggressive management approach and sound financial capabilities, we have become famous for projects that present special challenges covering quality and special construction in short periods of time.
